1. Profile cutting
Optimization of PVC cutting using high-tech machinery with precision in shape and length, as well as the necessary perforations for the hardware.
2. Steel reinforcement
This process inserts steel reinforcements into the formed PVC to create greater strength and resistance. The steel is completely encapsulated within the PVC to avoid contact with air or moisture, which are the natural causes of rust. This process provides strength and greater durability to window structures.
3. Profile merge
This process relies on precision in making the window frame fit perfectly by heating the cut and assembled material. The PVC molecules are integrated in such a way that it becomes a single piece without leaving open joints, preventing them from separating over time and thus offering complete stability.
4. Profile cleaning
Excess PVC waste is removed after the fusion process, leaving the frames perfectly polished and without imperfections. The new generation machinery we have limits cleaning to the corners, achieving greater optimization of the process.
5. Steel fitting
A technician applies the hardware to the ports drilled in the PVC profiles. Given the specific nature of each piece, this manual process ensures the precision and quality required in each finished product.
6. Assembly
This final step is completed in the place where the window will be placed in order to facilitate movements and thus avoid accidents when transporting the components, finally placing the molding that holds the glass in place within the PVC frame.
